Ingredients:
- 1-2 recipes of hummus
- 250 grams ground beef
- 100 grams onion, minced
- 1 large garlic cloves, mashed
- ¼ teaspoon 7 spices powder*
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon*
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper*
- ¼ teaspoon salt*
- ¼ cup olive oil,, plus 2 tablespoons for frying the nuts (optional)
- ¼ cup pine nuts or almonds (optional)*

Instructions:
- Make the hummus according to the previous recipe.
- Heat the skillet over medium heat. Add the olive oil and ground beef. Cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, until browned all over.
- Add the onion and garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the 7 spice powder, cinnamon, black pepper, and salt to the skillet. Stir to combine.
- Cook for another minute or two, until the spices are fragrant.
- If using, fry the almonds or pine nuts in the additional olive oil until golden.
- To serve, spread the hummus on a serving platter. Top with the meat mixture and pine nuts, if using.
- Serve with bread, vegetables, etc.
Tips:
- You can use diced beef instead of ground beef if you prefer. Just cut the beef into small pieces and cook it until browned all over.
- For a spicier dish, add a pinch of cayenne pepper to the meat mixture.
