Hello! I am Nawal and I am happy that you are here! When I first designed this cooking journey, I had in mind the vibrant flavors and heartwarming smells of a Syrian kitchen, and aimed to make it accessible for anyone, regardless of your culinary skills. This course is your perfect starting point; it's like walking through a bustling market in Damascus with all the spices and charm, but simplified for your kitchen at home. I've poured love and attention into organizing each lesson and I promise that by the end of this course, the aromas of your creations will transport you straight to the heart of Syria.
This Course will provide you with lifetime access and consists of 21 Lessons and videos, a downloadable booklet of recipes for your convenience and will provide you with a personalized guidance through the comments section.
Here is a brief overview of the different sections of the course:
- Salads: fattoush, basic salad, yogurt salad, and fava beans salad.
- Dips: hummus, hummus and meat, and baba ganouj.
- Main Dishes: mjaddara, zucchini and egg mfarrake, musaqaa, mbasalaiye and stovetop kabab.
